6 months on the missionary diet. 30 pounds lighter.

i know i am a rare case in this, but i am sad to say that i have lost 30 lbs over the past five months! here is a picture of me a few months before moving to latvia...

and here i am in the same jacket just a few weeks ago.

notice a difference? maybe i should start eating more? probably. i only weigh 185 pounds! thats what i weighed as a senior in high school... not good.
